My wife and I decided to stay here instead of driving all the way to Phoenix. The room was excellent, clean, spacious and had everything we could need for our one night stay. The casino was a nice entertaining complement. The food and beverage options varied from fast food to fine dining. Although it is advertised in the TV channels, in room dining was not available.

This place is absolutely amazing. I visited this place to print my card out most often and one day, I decided to stay for a night. The room are way better than expected, the receptionist Nikita is always there with a huge smile to help for anything(first and second stay). The restaurant are great and the play here as a Cesar rewards member is absolutely fabulous. I’ll always come back here for a staycation and to play more.

Nice place. The entertainment center is great for the family. Fun for all . Price are pretty good I'd say. The casino got wanted to play but could find a place to get the players card . Somebody said find the pit boss. And that was all for me . I'll try again In. A few weeks . And see what happens maybe better experience next time .

Very cool place to stay. We come here about once a month for a free stay! Great food! Great team here! Whenever I stay at a hotel, I find myself making a list for the maintenance or housekeeping. Not here though. Always very clean. We asked for more pillows and towels, and they brought them so fast.

I’ve got love for my local casino. Harrah’s Ak-Chin is slower-paced—which I actually appreciate—and has a relaxed, easygoing vibe that makes it a nice spot to unwind without the Vegas chaos.

The restaurants are pretty good (though yeah, a bit overpriced for the area), but a lot of folks cover it with their points, so it evens out. The only real gripe is how Caesars has scaled back comps and perks across the board—not the fault of this location, but definitely noticeable.

Still, if you're looking for a simple, local getaway with decent food, fair tables, and a mellow crowd, this place delivers. Just don’t expect the high-roller treatment unless you bring your own entourage.

This is a nice casino resort. The rooms were very nice, clean and large. The casino was kinda small but I never had to wait for a seat at a table game. There are good food options on campus. Agave is the breakfast & lunch restaurant and it is very good with large servings. I enjoyed my stay here and would absolutely stay and gamble here in the future.

Very large, comfortable and clean room. I had a double queen and it even had a nice long couch for an extra person. It had a very large walk-in shower with a rain-type shower head. It came with a microwave and refrigerator. That was a nice surprise since some casino hotels don’t provide that amenity. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. I checked in at 3p when I arrived and didn’t have to wait til 4p.The casino food (orange chicken) was too salty and not the right flavor. The waitress behind the bar counter was rude.

Once is enough. Stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are clean. No privacy in the bathroom. (What can only be described as a wannabe barn door that is too small to cover the door frame.) All of the outlets are jacked. Nothing stays plugged in. None of the outlets in the room area worked. The bathroom outlets did keep the electronic device plugged in but not having viable outlets in other areas is crazy inconvenient. Pop machines will not take dollar bills. Vending machines on very floor had an issue with the “money taker.” Banquet food was mediocre. Other food options were also disappointing. Hotel staff were not friendly or caring. Casino staff was super friendly. Dealers & table staff were patient. Security people were helpful. There are designated areas for smoking and the smoke permeates the entire gambling area. Location is disappointing as there is nothing to do outside of this building. Some of our party arrived early and were kicked out of the pool area. We had 200+ people staying there for an event for 3-5 days and they wouldn’t allow a handful to wait by the pool until the rooms were ready. Not great customer service. At other hotels, we are greeted with a smile and a cold bottle of water. Here, you better hope you arrive at an hour where one of the food venders are still open or you’ll be forced to drink water from your bathroom tap. The overall experience wasn’t a terrible but there are too many wonderful places with nicer facilities and more customer friendly people and policies. Our next event will be held elsewhere.
