All of the sales rep are very friendly. Not only friendly and helpful to the customer but willing to help the other sales rep with their customer. To me it seems like a family working together. My sales rep is/was Sara who went over every detail of my purchases. When I was undecided on my first purchases, she did a work sheet in order for me to understand each item. Then Sara advised me to go home and think about it before I made my finally decision. I wish to commend Sandy the store manager for the exceptional service she provided. I have been a customer for a number of years but did not realize the importance of a strong relationship with a furniture store until I really needed them. I am recovering at home from total knee replacement surgery. My recliner was old & in need of replacement. I explained my situation to Sandy & she took charge. After making my selection & making payment arrangements, she worked out delivery. I am resting much better in my new recliner thanks to Sandy and the great customer service she provided!
