If you're looking for a property on the North Norfolk coast then Henleys really is the estate agent to go to. They have the best list, but also the team is super knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Our list of requirements is pretty extensive and the team – specifically Eleanor and Charlotte – are brilliant at finding properties that might work. They're great at viewings too – you never feel rushed and they're great at answering questions. We've had a number of great viewings with both Charlotte and Eleanor and while being super professional, they've also made it fun and interesting too.

'Thank you so much to Eleanor, Charlotte and the team at Henleys for helping us make our dream of relocating from London to Cromer come true. Making such a big move is a major life event; thanks to Henley's friendly, professional, caring service, the process has been as efficient and stress free as a house move can be! The team provided us with lots of helpful advice throughout, and every query we had was answered promptly. We wholeheartedly recommend Henleys to anyone looking for a new home in the Cromer area.' We recently purchased a property through Henley's Estate Agents and were very impressed with their professionalism, helpfulness & level of contact in particular with their after sales team. We had a very difficult period through to exchange of contracts with a complicated chain, completion was considerably delayed for a number of reasons and the actual day did not go very well with the last link in the chain not completing until 18.00hrs. Throughout all of this Henley's were our main source of information. If we ever move again, which we are not planning to, Henley's would be our first choice of agent!

We're really impressed with the service at Henley's. As renters, moving to a new town was a little daunting but Denise, Pamela and the team have been brilliant every step of the way. References, credit checks and inventory were all carried out online fairly painlessly, and since moving in we've had attentive, responsive service for maintenance issues and and communicating with the landlord. Definitely a cut above other letting agents!

We’ve just completed on a sale with Henley’s. Excellent service as always from Jeff and Eleanor. It took a while due to legal hold ups but we got there in the end! Would we use Henley’s again - absolutely! Thanks both great job ?

We’re in the process of buying a property for our elderly parents through Henleys and can’t speak highly enough of our experience, especially in dealing with Charlotte and Eleanor who are two of the loveliest people you could ever wish to meet. Charlotte was fantastic during both viewings - she showed patience and kindness to my parents and went above and beyond to answer their questions. She was helpful, genuine, warm and extremely professional - we’ve never felt so at ease during viewings, she’s a true gem! Eleanor is handling the after-sales process for us and we’ve been equally delighted by her friendliness and helpfulness too. We know we’re in safe hands and that she’ll do everything in her power to endure a smooth sale for us, as she genuinely seems to care which makes such a difference. The Henleys team are a rare blend of professionalism and expertise combined with warmth, honesty and empathy - it’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with them and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to everyone. Thank you Charlotte, Eleanor and team - you’re the best! Best wishes, Michelle, Larry, Richard & Julie

Henleys were great at supporting the sale of my elderly mother's house, Eleanor and Jeff particularly were calm and available. Would use them again, which isn't the case with many estate agents....

We highly recommend Henleys Estate Agents after recently buying a property with them. It isn't any exaggeration to say that Jeff was a complete superstar. It was a complicated situation and needed lots of practical help, Jeff also made multiple visits to the property as we are over 100 miles away and couldn't get there ourselves. Although we bought from them, we wouldn't hesitate to use Henleys to sell because there was almost nothing Jeff wouldn't do for his vendor to facilitate the sale. Eleanor was also a calming godsend in the office when things got extremely stressful. Their proactiveness cannot be overstated, making contact with solicitors on both sides and many other referrals to people we needed locally both during and after the purchase has been just invaluable. They seem to know everyone! A brilliant combination of friendly and professional, available at all hours and I am positive we would not have got this through without them. We are so grateful for their help in us starting our new life in Norfolk.
