I took our HP laptop to Tait because it took forever to boot up and open simple things like email, etc. Tait diagnosed the issue, made the update and now the computer runs 100 times better than the day we bought it new. Highly recommend. Fair pricing and fast service.

Nothing but great things to say about Herrington Solutions. When I called about the internet service they offered, they were at my home 2 days later to explain everything. After signing up with them we had great internet! Fast enough to play the XBox. A couple times in the first year, it was a little slow. Herrington solutions responded immediately and fixed the problem. We have 2 computers and 4 cell phones working off the internet at any given time and everyone is satisfied. We have absolutely no reason to look elsewhere.

Looked for a LONG time to replace my "not so Bright speed" services. Was worried about getting something even worse, NOT WITH THIS GUY!!!! Had my service for a month and we LOVE IT!!!! I thought about after I made this review giving a 4 star.....THEY ARE WORTH A 5 STAR!!!!!! So I did an update🥰

Tate Herrington and the team at Herrington Solutions have been great to deal with. We are using their solutions at two locations in Iosco County and have been very pleased with our internet service as well as the customer service we have recieved.

This guy and his team provided everything we needed relating to internet and security for a secure government regulated facility. This included an extensive network of cameras with remote access and electrical back-up in case of power loss. I liked what they we're able to do so much that I had them provide internet and a couple cameras at my house too. If you're stressing about internet or cameras for your home or business, reach out to these guys, they we're a huge help for me and I wish I called them sooner...

We've been with Herrington Solutions for about a year and a half. Any time I have an issue, he gets right back with me and comes over to see what he can do. The last time he installed new equipment and I can't believe the new service! Better than it's ever been and we live in an area that is known for not good service. I would definitely recommend Tait!
