Extremely difficult to work with. They aren't transparent about order times, turnaround times, or costs. Failed to send an invoice prior to charging my card for an amount greater than the purchase order amount.

Dawn helped me on this order. I needed to produce and ship an order within 5 days of placing the PO. The production time was 3 days, we hit a snag with quality control where they weren't shipped out until the following day which was tough with shipping to New York, but they were extremely helpful in finishing the order. We got it shipped via 2 day shipping and the order is now set to arrive on time. This was a reorder of a previous order of imprinted flasks and the quality is great. I am so grateful to Dawn for completing everything for me and on time!!

One of the worst suppliers to deal with. Everything was messed up. Customer service is very poor and slow to get back with you. They were late on the deliveries that did make it, while others never showed. They gave false shipping information. They are very dysfunctional. After months of working to get a credit on product I never received they shorted me on my refund. I've had it with them and will never order here again.

Worst supplier ever they lie and lie I called daily and they still dropped the ball on my turn around date they said takes 7 days after proof and takes 2 weeks to send proof and no resolution, will never use them again...RUN dont walk away from this company. No customer service what so ever.

If I could do a half a star I would. If you want a company to not pay attention to detail, cause delays and just generally not care at all, this is your place to order. Can not even get a simple text only print correct!
