I bought a home in Summerlin two years ago with a broker from Home Realty Center. It was the worst experience ever. After closing, I was left with no garage opener, therefore could not get into the garage for a few months, the house was filthy upon moving and and was promised new patio door screens which were also not included. I spent thousands just trying to get the house liveable. It was such a disgrace how the realtor just took me for everything I had instead of helping me get settled in my new community.
