Heidi did an excellent job setting up showings right away for the dates most convenient for us. She was very familiar with area we were interested in and gave us valuable insight. I did lots of research before deciding on them to sell my home. Since Heidi lived in Sun City, I felt it was a great plus as she knew the community so well. With temps at 115 degree’s many day’s Heidi came out to offer support and had my home sold in just a few weeks. When it was getting closer to the time for me to move out, Heidi took me around to show me other properties for rent, referred great people to help me such as a handyman, cleaning lady, mover and was always available when I needed her. I bought a home in Summerlin two years ago with a broker from Home Realty Center. It was the worst experience ever. After closing, I was left with no garage opener, therefore could not get into the garage for a few months, the house was filthy upon moving and and was promised new patio door screens which were also not included. I spent thousands just trying to get the house liveable. It was such a disgrace how the realtor just took me for everything I had instead of helping me get settled in my new community.

Great selling experience. We were a remote sale, it was my mothers house when she went into assisted living, and we live in Wisconsin. Heidi and her team helped us take care of everything from cleaning up the yard to handyman services to estate sale for everything that was left in the home. We can't thank them enough for such great service.
