We went to Homer IT to fix our MacBook screen. We use this this laptop for our family owned business. I believe HomerIT is a home business, since it's place of business is at a house here. Which is not a problem. We called ahead and brought the laptop in. Right off the bat we noticed that customer service needs work. After a few hours of the laptop being there we checked on it. Unfortunately Homer IT could not diagnose the problem. Not only that but they could barley tell us what to do about it and we still had to pay $32. It did not seem like much effort was put in. We were going to take the laptop into Anchorage but decided to try local first. This may have been a hard issue since mac airs are hard to work on but still disappointed with the service we received. I was hoping for the best but it was a mistake. We wasted time and money here.

The building they are supposedly in had a condemned notice on it. They did call back and said they don't carry any inventory and therefore didn't have the laptop charger I was looking for.
