They are incredibly understaffed and Stephanie Bowler is about as unprofessional as they come. She does not return calls at all, emails take over a month, and she is an incredibly unpleasant person. That said, this immature, disrespectful, snarky and unprofessional person will write reports based on inaccurate property information and put zero effort into resolving the “little peoples” property issues because she has “higher profile” things to attend to. Embarrassing that this is the kind of person our community has to deal with to try and resolve property issues. If you end up needing her “help” GOOD LUCK.

If you want a copy of the house plans required to apply for a building permit you only a parcel map if the property you bought is over 10 years since it was built.
