We had a great time. We hosted my son’s 11 birthday here and all the boys had the absolute best time!! Penny and the staff are super friendly and very accommodating.

We had an amazing time at Immersive Gamebox in the Palisades Mall for my son’s 10th birthday party! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The entire team was incredibly friendly, making sure everything ran smoothly and that the kids had a blast.

A huge shoutout to JR, who went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great time! His energy and non stop assistance made the experience even more enjoyable. The level of service from the entire staff was excellent—they were professional, accommodating, and truly made the event special.

If you’re looking for a fun, immersive, and hassle-free party experience, I highly recommend palisades mall Immersive Gamebox. We’ll definitely be back for more fun in the future!

Our 6 y/o and 9 y/o kids participated in Floor is Lava. They enjoyed it, sometimes they were frustrated because the sensors are sensitive with any little movement.
But the game also taught them how to have patience and focus. $20 per kid for a half hour game.

Very, very fun technologically advanced game experience. Squid Game was challenging but very fun! The newer game, The Floor is Lava was a little easier and very fun. Thanks Terra for being our game master and helping us fix a glitch in the game right away. Look forward to coming back to try the other games!
