There is no film lab I trust more than the Indie Film Lab team. I recently went on a special trip out of the country and knew that if I could get the film safely through airport security on my way home, the Indie Team would take care of the rest. And boy, did they. This is only one roll I got back from them and I have been working with the Indie Team since 2021. While the process can be slower than other labs, I have never found another team that matches the quality of Indie Film Lab. If you’re looking for a lab you can trust with your precious memories, look no further.

The quality, customer service, and communication here is wonderful. It is a bit of a wait, but it's more than worth it for me. I know that my film is going to be safe with them, and I'm going to receive the most high-quality and beautiful digital scans back. And I know they'll respond to me if I have any questions. I've used them for mail-in processing a few times now and I think their prices and quality are great! I was just in the area and dropped off the film directly to them this time. Very friendly, but they have no reception area. If you visit, you walk right in to their shipping and receiving area. When I walked in they were super busy, but everyone greeted me with a smile! They helped me right away and I just had to make an online order that they printed and placed with the film I dropped off. There's no real advantage to dropping off directly other than bypassing the shipping. I do highly recommend them for your film processing and scanning!

These guys are great. I’ve had an amazing film journey with them so far. Scan turn around time was fast, and they are very reliable. I don’t even want to try anyone else because I trust them so much! From mailing my film rolls in, receiving my scans, and getting my negatives everything always goes so smoothly! I’ve loved sending my 120 film to this lab and will continue to use them. (I’ve probably sent 20 ish rolls so far)

This is one of the best film labs in the US. I use film because of its desirable aesthetic that's not able to be simulated. I found ifl via searching the web for the best lab with lots of great results available to look at. They know what they're doing and have scanners that are capable of better results than the flatbed photo scanners I could have at home. I get the XL scans for 35mm and the detail is stunning. Suitable for massive prints. I'm pretty particular with the look of my photos, but working with ifl has been easy so far. After I use my preferred film Ive included a fast description of the look I'm after and they nailed it. In my experience it takes them on the high side of their time estimate almost exactly to the day. There are cheaper labs out there, but they have terrible scans that you can beat at home. Ifl is a service worth the money.
