Scam. They trick you into using the VR, by enticing your child over saying “would you like to try VR”, so you think it’s a free demo. There’s literally no mention of price or cost until it’s over. Then they charge $35 for 5 min. How’s this place even legal. Disputing charge and doing a formal complaint.

Total daylight robbery and deceptive business. Pull you over to try their VR then charge extortionate prices for 2 mins of playing a VR shooter game. Told me it would be $200 AFTER the fact for 3 kids playing the shooter and 2 kids in the VR simulator. No prices posted and set up like it's an experience to sell a headset. Agree with the other negative comments here. I don't how they continue this as a long-term business model. No repeat business from me.

I bought 2 drones and 2 VR headsets they were very pricey but wen I got home the equipments were peeling, 1 was broken, the drones were really cheap. All their equipment are not worth the value. I tried to return them and they are not open pls they dont do refunds. So biw im styck with equipments tgat are cheap anf dont work. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Don't buy anything from here. It's a scam. They charge you $120 for a VR set that is about $25 on Amazon. I bought 2 tried to return them twice and no one was there even though they showed open. They have a 7 day return policy with 15% restocking fee. They get you with the VR rides. Very deceptive.

The kid working there said it was $20 per person to ride the VR ride thing so my friend and I got in and after one VR experience of about 2-3 minutes he says “want to see another one? On the house” and shows us a second experience which was glitchy and boring. Then he shows us one last one without really asking. We get off and he rings us up at almost $140 because we had 3 experiences. He never told us this before hand. He told us it would be $40. They’re scammers and should be shut down then he rudely asks us for a tip! Come on
