The team at Integrated Media is great to work with. This is the second time we’ve called on them for a project at our house and they did not disappoint. The site survey was thorough, and Dave took the time to listen to our ideas and then asked questions so he could provide us with multiple options. When we had additional questions a few days later he responded promptly. The installation went great. Evan and Matt reviewed the plans and clarified that everything was correct before they started. Michael was nice enough to troubleshoot a low wifi signal while he was there to assist with the install, which kept our devices running smoothly. Everyone was professional, respectful and showed an attention to detail which is, unfortunately, not as common as it should be. I highly recommend choosing Integrated Media to handle your home audio/video needs.

After switching to ATT fiber optical internet, I couldn't get all of my systems back on. Phillip from Integrated Media came out and fixed everything. He knew exactly what needed to be done in the correct order. He reconnected my cameras, enabled my Alexa to talk to all my l8ght switches, and separated the 5.0 from the 2.4 ghz wifie so I could reconnect all my l8ght switches and plugs. I highly recommend Integrated Media.

Amazing work and professionalism! We recently had our new home wired for security, internet and speakers while it was under construction. After construction was complete, Integrated Media returned to mount our TVs, setup our Control4 system, and install and setup the alarm system. Everything works great and we love the ease of use and quality. We also decided to buy a new bigger TV and receiver that Integrated Media is currently installing. We have nothing but great things to say about the way we were treated and the service we've received from Nathan, Michael, and the rest of the Integrated Media staff!!!

We had been plagued with a totally unsatisfactory WiFi signal for several years. Even after trying a signal booster our frustrations mounted with every device until we found Integrated Media. They examined our existing system and designed solutions for every complaint we had. They ripped out all of our satellite system (yea!) and installed newer and less expensive technology. They reconfigured our existing systems to work with the new technology. They removed their shoes and didn’t leave a mark on the walls. They were professionals, respectful, and very pleasant to work with. They taught us how to use all the new elements and were very patient. I would say they went above and beyond to deliver a quality solution to our home. Thanks guys!!!
