Awesome selection of board games, RPGs, miniature painting supplies, and Magic cards. Active Discord server that makes it easy to hear about store updates and see future events (of which there are many). Great atmosphere for a game store as well!

Excellent store, excellent variety, competitive pricing. They have a wider variety of mtg packs available than most shops. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They have a ton of well organized merchandise in a small store. They have adequate seating for Friday Night Magic. When other customers have been present they were also friendly. Even as a stranger I’d feel comfortable walking in with a deck and asking to join in a game. It has that type of atmosphere. If you’d rather keep to yourself, that’s respected and nobody will bother you. But if you choose to engage with others, they’re friendly.

I prefer to shop at Iron Golem Games because even though they are a small local business they consistently give back to the community. Many events I’ve attended listed them as a generous donor. In addition they often pay for vendor space further contributing to community organizations and events. They are such a small Ma & Pa store yet consistently give back to their community. It’s admirable and they’re worthy of our support purchasing from them whenever possible!!!

Iron Golem Games is a wonderful place to explore new hobbies. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, but they don't carry around the--frankly exhausting--elitism that permeates other nerd-hobby stores. I love miniatures and Magic, but I haven't dedicated my life to them like some. I've never been made to feel inferior because I didn't know what something did. In fact, I was welcomed like an old friend.

The store is also clean, smartly laid out, and well stocked. I can't recommend them enough.

Iron Golem Games is THE hidden gem of downtown Marquette. The atmosphere, the employees, and the selection of merchandise all make this store a must-stop for anybody. Magic players, DnD players, families looking for a fun game for family game nights. This store has something for quite literally everybody. The location is amazing. Downtown Marquette offers the perfect central location for this store. A common meeting space for almost all of my friends, Iron Golem presents the most comfortable space to play in Marquette hands down. With snacks, drinks, sweets, and good vibes all around, Iron Golem Games brings such a positive space to the beautiful city of Marquette.

YES! Great selection of table top/ card gaming gear, board games, and.. Gundam models! The vibe here is chill and excellent, the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable, and they already have a bunch of events getting started. Very entry-level friendly, too! They'll teach you how to play just about anything. Can't wait to see how the Iron Golem grows!

Great place to hangout, play some games, magic, Warhammer. They've got a board games night and dungeons and dragons multiple nights a week! The staff is fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable. My favorite place in Marquette! Oh and it's got the nicest bathroom you'll ever see in a game store!

Beautiful new game store in downtown Marquette! Good selection for TCG players, TTRPG books and accessories, miniature painting and customizing, and fun board games for the family! Plenty of play space for events and a gorgeous back room for their multi-session games. They have a great line up of events to partake in, and the staff was very helpful and courteous. I reccommend a visit to my new favorite local game store!
