Recently they doubled our internet speed and capabilities at NO CHARGE from improvements they made to their system. Chris, Grace, and the rest of the staff are professional, very friendly, and a pleasure to deal with.

Great installer initially. But certain channels are always seem to be out. Different excuses from them as to why they're out. Same basic tv format they had in the 90's

I can't even keep my TV in the living room connected. It's less then 20 feet from the Internet box. Why am I paying for this ? I'm not. I'm looking for a different provider.

This place is ridiculous thery say you dont pay by the first you get shut off. . bill not even due till 1st..no longer want to deal with this company they also rob your deposit they say is refunduble

They have the best internet in the Iron River area, by far the most reliable and the fastest. They are a little more on the expensive side but it is fully worth the service they offer!

Much too expensive. Channel choice is really not that great. They charge monthly for each device you connect to the internet as well.
