The customer service ISOutsource has provided this year has been excellent. They continually update programs and software, seek answers on all manner of miscellaneous items, provide affordable software & equipment recommendations, and respond to us every time something comes up in a quick, friendly and efficient manner. We changed from our old IT company at the beginning of this year and I thought we had it bad...we didn’t realize just how bad it was until we got on-board with ISOutsource. We are amazed and thankful for everything they have done to fix and improve our systems and provide top-notch service.

Our firm has been contracting with ISOutsource for 3 years now. During this time, they have helped us to establish a wireless network, replace all switches after failure, flatten our network, adjust our firewall settings, establish and standardize roaming users and security profiles, establish a VEEM back-up, replace our server infrastructure, upgrade to MS 365, begin mobile device management for phones and tablets, and are currently working on a VDI/Thin Client infrastructure and off-site disconnected server back-up for anti-ransom/failover protection. Without ISOutsource, we would have been dead in the water many times over, but now our firm is the model for IT!!!
