This is the absolute BEST Jacks location around. I routinely have to order large orders of biscuits for my job (as in, 200 to 1000 at a time!) and they always have them cooked and ready… even as early as 5:30am! For our personal meals, my daughter has a long list of food allergies, and they are able to accommodate her perfectly. They are just the nicest and hardest-working bunch, and the restaurant is always spotless. I can’t recommend them enough!

This morning I was at the Jack's in Goldensprings drive thru getting my breakfast to eat on my way to work in GA. I paid for meal recieved bag and beverage and left. Once i got to the welcome center on the AL/GA state line I stopped to eat my breakfast. I opened the bag and the food container only to discover that I did not receive what I paid for. So when I got back home today I called that store. I spoke with Brittney about what had happened. She was extremely courteous and polite. She listened to my complaint, and then advised me on how she would handle the matter. She went above and beyond to take care of and satisfy me as a customer. Of all the Jack's in Calhoun County this store is the best of all them in reference to cleanliness, food quality, employee attitutudes and service and speed of service. I would recommend this resteraunt location to anyone looking to eat out.

I sleepily pulled through the drive through at Golden Springs for a Jacks full breakfast plate. Got it to go (Valentine’s Day) and when I opened it at home there was the most perfect little heart shaped biscuit on my plate celebrating Valentine’s Day! You know, sometimes it’s the “little” things that are so special ! It made my heart happy this morning with that little extra “touch” - on a delicious breakfast. THANK YOU

I ordered chicken tenders. There was hardly chicken. It was mainly bread. The tea tasted like it had been sitting there for a week. My daughter’s burger was cold. The fries were old. I guess the new of this place has worn off and they no longer care how they do things around here. I had to get them to change my drink and they put it in the same cup.

We literally go here all the time. Like alot. But today was very disappointing. I ordered a big BLT. they gave me a 2 pieces if bacon. .... like whom every made this sandwich was having a bad day and knew what they were doing. Literally a waste of my money this morning. Not going back there. Which sucks because it was a stop in morning routine.

I walked in and waited, and waited, and waited. I'm hispanic so maybe this part of Alabama does like to serve my kind. Never got helped. I spoke to the associate, but she pretended not to here or see me so I left. Burger King and McDonald's are just down the road.

I usually go here to get something to eat before work and usually it's an amazing place to go to but, today they are not listening. I was asking for a combo and I got just the entree and she gave me my total before I can even correct her.

I showed up after breakfast cut off and was told by a cashier that i could not order breakfast (it was 11:53 am) , but the manager, Brittany, came to the front line and said she could make breakfast but could not make eggs. I was delighted and ordered 2 of the Fried Bologna sandwiches and 2 double orders of biscuit and gravy! She bent over backward to make it happen! Not many restaurants will do that. This Jacks at Golden Springs took care of me today. I'm from Tennessee, and we have Hardee's in Atnens, and their employees wouldn't do this for me. Great job, Jacks, for hiring friendly and considerant employees.
