James Du Pavey Independent Estate Agents in Stone, Staffordshire - Stone

This is the second house James Du Pavey have sold on our behalf. The team at Stone were exceptional throughout the process. Each member was professional, supportive and operated efficiently at all times. Special mention to Charlotte, who, once an offer had been accepted, managed the process through to completion, with a keen eye for detail and great communication skills. Definitely recommend James Du Pavey to anyone looking to market their property.

Rhys and the team at James Du Pavey worked hard to get the sale of the house through we have purchased. Communication was always prompt and messages left or returned in a timely manner. A professional and knowledgeable team who delivered and got the job done! Would recommend

We sold our house through James Du pavey as well as buying our new property through them. They were excellent from start to finish, every staff member we came across was extremely professional and made the process as easy as it could be. They are the only estate agents that got back to us after we requested viewings ( other agents took days)- making it easier to find a property we liked and for people to view ours quick. Would definitely recommend them!

Exceptional service, fantastic communication & got a buyer for my house in a few weeks! Laura has kept me updated throughout the conveyancing process & has been quick to respond when I've had queries or wanted something chasing up. I would highly recommend the team at James du Pavey.

We recently purchased our first home through James Du Pavey (Stone) and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly helpful and supportive. As first-time buyers, the process could have felt overwhelming, but they made sure we were kept up to date every step of the way. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and patient, always taking the time to explain things clearly and ensuring we understood each stage of the process. We dealt mainly with Charlotte, who was excellent. We highly recommend - thanks again!

We purchased a house through James Du Pavey (Stone branch) who were nothing but enthusiastic and proactive from the very start right through to helping with queries after purchase. I dealt mostly with Laura who was the most friendly, helpful and reassuring part of the whole process - can't recommend these estate agents enough!

Lola has been absolutely fantastic with helping me and my partner buy our first home. Helped with any questions we had as well as suggesting a solicitor as well as a mortgage broker. Would recommend to anyone buying or selling a home!!

Personally not partial to Estate Agents, what do they do for their money, BUT James Du Pavey are different they work hard for the money. I only bought my home through them but they worked the chain hard and communicated every step. Just what people want not silence. Thank you so much to the whole team but Pippa you were amazing. James Du Pavey are wholeheartedly recommended; it's time all other estates agents woke up and become a true service.
