James Du Pavey Independent Estate Agents Nantwich, Cheshire - Nantwich

We had the absolute pleasure of Simon showing us around a property. He really listened to what we wanted from a home and discussed potential opportunities with us without being pushy. Simon has by far been the best agent to show us around a home. Thank you so much Simon.

Heartfelt thanks to everyone at James du Pavey for all their collective effort in getting me into my new home. Simon was fantastic and helpful on all the viewings, Emily on the lettings side, and Nieve in sales were both superb from start to finish. All very knowledgeable and competent, everything you want when moving to a new area. Can’t recommend them enough!

Shelley, Niamh & Sharon all really helped me with the purchase of my property in Nantwich. They couldn’t do enough for me. I will definitely use them if I ever come to sell this house. Thank you for all your efforts and for being so friendly. Lindsey Rock

Really easy to arrange viewings and all staff are friendly and helpful. Had two viewings at two properties so far and both times have been really relaxed with no pressure. Simon is an absolute asset to your agency. He’s friendly and knowledgable. We’ve met up with him on both occasions much to our delight.

Simon was great! As first time buyers he put us at ease and explained all the key features of the house. He answered all of our questions and some fun facts about the local area. Very personable and great at his job.

We have only just started to view homes in Cheshire but want to leave a positive review for the James Du Pavey estate agents and in particular Simon. We have been treated with great professionalism and friendliness by the whole company in what is always a rather nerve racking experience. Having Simon conduct us around the property was so calming and so helpful. He is so understanding and supportive. We request him in person (he isn’t always available) and shall continue to do so. Very happy with this agency.
