I paid $279.00 for this and my bank account has been hacked 2 times, now someone has my credit card info and is trying to use it. I just want my money back and for you to go away. I am sure you won’t post this review.

They all are scammers sitting in India in Gurugram City near Delhi India's Capital and pretending to be McAfee. They take of 800$ out from my account don't trust them or share the remote of your devices.

Scammed my elderly parents out of $379 and then tried to get them to pay more. They already have McAfee for computer security, but this company convinced them that they needed their service in addition. I called them and they refused to give a refund or a prorated refund (they locked my parents into a 3-year payment). I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau and their response was slick, full of mistruths, and they lie about how they present themselves. This company is taking advantage of people, they don't care about their reputation as a company-they just care about profit and will swindle vulnerable people out of their money.

This company poses as McAfee, they are not. They will not honor a refund. They are a third party charge when you buy what you think is McAfee Antivirus. Buy directly from McAfee.

We purchase the 3 year subscription for McAfee. Our contract clearly indicates that we have 15 days to get a full refund if we changed our minds. My husband called within 5 days of purchase and the company will not give us a full refund. They made an excuse that they could not do a full refund and only gave back less than $100 of the over $300 we paid.
DO NOT deal with this business!!!!
When you are talking to them, they give you the impression that you are talking to McAfee. It's only after you made the payment that you would realize that they are not McAfee after they tell you what the charge would show on your credit card statement.

Please do not use these companies, Jinigram, LLC and QikBay as they are misleading. They are not affiliated with McAfee. They refuse to refund my husband and I our $758. I spoke with xxxx on May 15, 2024 and he said he is not refunding us anything.

This company misleads customers into believing they are McAfee. They are not! You can purchase McAfee protection for less than half what these scammers charge. I called McAfee and they said that I had a current subscription on record with them, but Qikbay sold me another three year subscription for $379.00 that overlapped for two years the one I already had with McAfee. Qikbay didn't tell me that and I didn't realize that I wasn't dealing with McAfee. Having over 2 years of Qikbay's subscription remaining and running concurrent with McAfee's they would not refund any of the $379. The support phone numbers Qikbay gave me were bogus. The McAfee number was actually for a company called Select Quote. A Medicare insurance related company. The Qikbay support number would not ring through. I had to google Jinigram LLC to get in touch with these clowns. The customer support people have such heavy Asian accents that communication is difficult. If they can't communicate effectively is there really any customer service? Do not let them take control of your computer remotely!!!!!!!!!!!

They areare scammers. Say they are with McAfee they ARE not. Will not refund can not cancel. STAY AWAY,hang up as soon as you here. No worries we got this.
