I have nothing but great things to say about them. I recently switched my business IT support to JIT from another local company due to the latter being uncooperative and unwilling to help. Although I have not been a customer with them long, they helped get my business back up and running. I do not regret changing at all. George was extremely helpful on the phone and the engineer who visited my business (sorry I forgot your name) were amazing and helpful and shared my frustration with the old IT company. JIT is efficient, I've been doing business with JIT for over a year now. 0 complaints.
JIT technicians are experts at their craft. Whenever I run into anything out of my skill level I know Adam or Victoria at JIT will have the solutions ready to go.
JIT is prompt, and professional. I've never had to call back requesting a status for anything I've asked them to work on, it just gets done.

Adam helped me this time, and Victoria has helped me before, but Adam was GREAT!! He was so friendly and very patient as I was not familiar with a fair amount of things mentioned while he was getting me set up. Jit outsource provides compressive technical support to our entire office. Over fifty staff. Their knowledge is excellent, their service is same day. They help up install new hardware and performs all our software upgrades. They evaluate our business internet security policies and practices. We have retained their firm for over 5 years and can highly recommend their services.

JIT is awesome!! We never have to call because they have everything under control on the back end and that is what we LOVE!!! The rare occasion that we have to call. JIT is on it and the situation is taken care of in no time at all!!! Since we have had JIT we have never been down for longer than an hour if that and if there is a problem with our internet provider they call us and let us know that they are dealing with it! Our security is awesome. I have never had such an awesome experience with an IT company. I used to be sick when I would have to listen to the sales pitch of other IT companies and listen to all the extra cost for this and that and half the time I never understood what they were talking about. When I met with Jay Petersen and his team I kept waiting for everything he told me to fall apart and guess what it never did and It just got better! Thanks JIT for always taking care of us and keeping us safe to ride the internet!!!

Don't be fooled. These guys are 99% marketing hype. Every testimonial, every post, every review is carefully staged. The truth? Their knowledge of IT is limited and Jay is running from his shaky past from his previous company. I've had three friends experience serious data breaches under their watch. They don't know what their doing. Save your money and find someone else.
