This place is actually pretty nice. My kids enjoy going there and have been numerous times. The facilities are clean and appear to be well kept up and safe. The staff that work there do genuinely seem pleasent. I would give it more stars except for the fact that it is a little unorganized. This is definitely not a deal breaker, but it can make the place a little confusing. Overall, it was safe, clean and the kids enjoyed themselves.

My daughters had a fantastic time there . They even said how much this place is better than Jumping world. It has so much space for the kids to jump and play. It's super clean and the staff is very friendly. I'm definitely taking my kids back soon. Only thing negative is that a couple of the machines are out of order.

My husband and I took our 9 year old and a few of her cousins to celebrate her birthday. This was our first time going after seeing it from the freeway passing by. From age 3 - 11 they ALL enjoyed their time here. And the Friday night special (a slice of 🍕 and a bottle of water included in the price😉) wasn't so bad either! The staff was pleasant and easy going. We'll be back! 😎

Came here with a birthday party. Pizzas were not delivered until after the party was scheduled to be over. The music they play isn't always kid friendly (many songs with sexual references were playing). There are very few tables for parents to sit at while their kids jump and after several hours, I cleaned up one that was dirty when I arrived so that I could sit there. Hopefully their staff figures out how to provide better service. As a newer facility, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they still need to work out the kinks and am willing to go back again.

We were one of 5 families here. We basically had the entire place to ourselves. There is a large sign out front that says no denim, so I called before we went in to be sure we'd be allowed to enter, and she granted an exception. My boys enjoyed the ball pit, and the trampolines were plentiful. This place could definitely use some updates, but it was clean and there was a snack bar. We may return if we need something to do inside when it's too hot or raining.

I really never write reviews unless I really like a place or dislike them. I need to tell people that I really enjoy my time at Jumping Zaxx. It's a little smaller than the other Trampoline house in Houston. But is pretty big and the price is much better than the other ones. The staff is super friendly which is a BIG PLUS. I saw the employees cleaning stuff while people weren't jumping. It tells me that the place is pretty clean. It seems like the owner is still working on the place (slowly making it better). Need more food choices, but to be fair, I wouldn't eat before jumping haha. But my kids have a blast and me too. I recommend this place to everyone

My First Time here trying to celebrate My Sons Birthday & it was beyond terrible. If you don’t check your receipt they will charge you for things that are supposed to come with your package. My party host never came and assisted me with my party, they have no real kitchen literally one toaster to make everything. They were an hour late with the pizza and didn’t even have it then ( they gave me 1 pizza after being an hr late half my party left by the time it was even time to cut my babies cake! When trying to ask questions to the owner he walked off and kept telling me 10 mins, his staff is beyond rude to where they laugh in your face! They go up to the children while the kids are jumping just to make sure they have a band on to jump ( that should be discussed with the guardians after all they are children!) they even grab the children to remove them if they don’t have a band & I’m talking about small children ranging around 4yrs old!! Don’t even think about getting a refund back because even after the owner seeing all the wrongs him and his staff did he didn’t even want to give me my deposit back! The staff argue with each other in front of customers! I should of known to walk away after they asked me to pay for everything up front first!

Took my son, niece, & nephew on a Saturday here. I was unaware jeans were not allowed and grip socks were needed. The ladies at the front had patience with me while determining the hourly rate for two hours for three kids, shorts, and socks they came out to about $48.00.

A snack bar is present, but anticipate to spend more than $10 if it’s more than one child. We came quite early so the children had the entire building to themselves. Around 5:00 p.m it started to get pack which made my nerves bad. I did not see security personnel present, but cameras are visible everywhere.
