Lucas and Bill at K group are consistently giving everyone at TerryTown RV amazing service. To be honest, I ask a lot of those guys and most of the time it’s a situation where I need a printer serviced or a new printer delivered ASAP. They always get it done. A lot of the time it’s the same day! If I order supplies from Lucas, they always show up. If I need tracking on an order, he has it.
When it comes to servicing machines, Bill is the man! His knowledge is endless and my favorite part about him is he is no nonsense and straight to the point! (Don’t worry he’s friendly too, lol) That’s my favorite type of people to work with. So, use these guys and k group and you’ll be glad you did. Thanks fellas!
