If you want to really actually get some stuffed animals from a claw machine, come here. Yea you will spend a few bucks but its worth it because you will walk out if there with like 10 stuffed animals. At the end of the day when you have your bag of stuffed animals, you can trade all of them in for a bigger one behind the counter. I didnt even know this was a franchise, i love it. The inside is claw machine heaven. Lights are flashing and it feels like your in a huge arcade. The staff was super coo and helped when the stuffed animals got stuck. Keep up the great work. We are for sure going back.

So I’m from PA and for sure all claw machines back home are rigged. Here they’re not at all. I’ve never won at claw machines before, but I won 4 times!!!! And they are so cute. It’s $1 a token so the pricing is amazing. The place is super clean, very lit and has nice variety of plushies. It was super fun. A nice thing is if there is a plushie that you want but didn’t win, you can trade one that you won for the one that you want. A great place to spend on my last day of vacation. I didn’t get the name of the attendant there but he was super nice and was able to explain in a way that I could understand. 8/19/24

Definitely has gone way down hill since it’s opening. Prizes are no longer official products most of them are cheap bootlegs. They advertise one coin per play but many machines were 3-5 tokens to play. A machine ate two of my coins and the employee did not help. I haven’t even talked about how bad the claws are they are rigged!!! If you want a good prize it will take you at least 15-20 coins definitely do not recommend for anyone. I will tell everyone I know don’t check this place out and to save their money!!

Very nice and lit place for playing claw machines and win prices. Lots of toy selections to choose from. Each play is one dollar for one token. The more you spend the more you save and get more tokens. The downside is the timer is set to 15 seconds so no time to guess placement. Also all the toys are clump together and hard to grab. Some toys are heavy and despite the well lit environment and good date idea I feel this place is better for experience players. I asked the employee to place the toy I want so at least a slight chance to get. They refuse which is understandable. I don’t hate this place but my honest opinion is this place is a scam to help fund their rented machines.

The size of this Kawaii Klaw location should be in Las Vegas instead, though I would rather wait to play when I go to Vegas because it was more difficult here to win stuffed animals.
The machines were pretty empty, there was only one employee, and out of the $100 I spent, we only won 7 stuffed animals by PURE luck and flukes. The employee did not provide a bag after the coin transaction which is a huge.
The machines and wobbly, the claw drops the stuffed animals the minute it goes up. The employee didn't walk around to readjust the stuffed animals to a single machine. I felt so bad because I noticed the frustration on a little girl's face. I personally wouldn't come back to this location.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! It's my favorite location of Kawaii Klaws and I love the plushie selection and the rotation... I come here almost every weekend lol I am addicted.

This was our first time at a claw machine arcade and it was so fun! It's addicting because you wanna keep trying to get the stuffy, and when you finally get it it hypes you up to get the next one. The place is clean, everyone (specifically the other guests) was so helpful when we accidentally dropped our entire basket of coins. We will go back soon!

It was my first time at this location and there’s plenty of parking and the plaza looked nice.
I like that this location has more variety of prizes and plushies, like Sanrio characters and anime characters. There’s even machines to win keychains! It’s the first claw machine spot that I know of where you can trade in plushies for bigger prizes, which I appreciate. I don’t usually go for claw machines because I don’t think I’ll win but I got 50 tokens and won 7 plushies and each plushie was different (no repeats)! I think it is definitely doable.
I like that you can get 2 free tokens with a Yelp check-in, so I’d take advantage of this and try it out!
