After returning to Humboldt county recently in retirement, I found khsu fm community radio to be very different from when I was a student here. Locally produced information seems to be totally missing. I do listen to the syndicated public radio stuff in the car, but at home I can stream these shows or listen to their podcast episodes on demand. Perhaps student and community information is not worth producing anymore. I am saddened by the new khsu. What I hear about H from local news informs me that the university has community relationship problems. I hope things improve in the future.
