I will never review someone with a 5/5 unless they go above and beyond for their customers. I recently purchased a Varjo Aero from Knoxlabs and wanted to split the charges for the warranty and headset. however, the way I wanted to do it wasn't supported through the user side of the site. so, I sent an email asking if there was something they could do and assumed there wasn't so I bought it there and then anyway. come to find out the next morning that it was possible and that they reversed the charges, sent me a custom invoice for the split and made the process so simple, it was handled in just 3 messages. TLDR, I wanted something, assumed wrong, they fixed it without any guff. 10/10 I will be buying from them again. Shout out to Agnes from Knoxlabs for being so friendly and professional.

Impeccable service and very reasonable shipping expectations. I cannot wait for my son to open his KAT Walk on Christmas morning!!!!! I cannot wait to use it too!
