I had the daunting task of rebuilding and merging two original websites that had been active for over 25 years that were inadvertently shut down and the URLs purchased by another organization. I was able to retrieve the majority of the content of the original sites from the Way Back Machine archives, however some of the content was lost. Kenneth at LightMindMedia did a phenomenal job at rebuilding the new website from my content with a beautiful updated format that is informative and easy to navigate. He completed all my requests in a timely manner, and the finished product is gorgeous. Kenneth is very professional and knowledgeable in the field, and listened to all my instructions intently to build the website just as I wanted it to be. Their prices for service are very reasonable. I would recommend LightMindMedia.

Takes a lot for me to give a company a negative review, but Light Mind Media worked hard for this one. It's April 24, 2023, and I'm still waiting for Light Mind Media to do a simple UPDATE of the site copyright to 2023. When I agreed to the contract, "Michael" said updates and changes would be done timely and whenever required. This is false. Now, "Michael" has ghosted our company, and Light Mind Media is not returning emails.

At the start, we provided a design for them, but even then it took constant emails for Light Mind Media to follow directions, and in the end, I gave up on several details because they just couldn't get it done. The site is gorgeous, but it took a lot of effort on our part to keep demanding details be followed as we requested. Also Paid for SEO, which became a disaster when we were harassed with emails to put content on my site that didn't represent our business.

I have a hard time with website design so I had decided to outsource for it. When I found Lighmindmedia I knew most agencies would have lots of clients and I needed and agency that would help me out and care. Thankfully they have helped a lot and been persistent on helping me. I personally do lag on certain task especially if there are higher priority situations so I tend to forget about the website. Pricing can vary but expect to pay good for outsourcing services. Hope my website does well and brings me plenty more work, thank you.

Please stay away, an honest advice. They will take your money and run. To earn your business they will call you day and night, but once you pay, there will be no communication. They are rude to talk to, difficult/impossible to work with. I am going to report them. Michael, Joshua, Kenneth have no knowledge on how to build a basic website. I have contacted them number of times for refund, but it has been more than 20 days and no response. They will take your hard earned money.
