It was very fun. As someone already mentioned a little bit more guidance would be appreciated. For total 10 minutes we had to spent in different menus trying to figure out how to play. Eventually someone comes but you loose lot of time by it

The place have some issues with their equipment not working 100 % of the time, more air condition is needed as it gets heated up very quickly during the game sessions and the free for all shooter games don't really interact very well. The zombie co-op gane works really well tough.

Really great experience. Took four kids aged 10-11 and they loved it. Very patient and attentive service by the guys working there too. Highly recommended!

Lots of fun, relaxed time with the entire family. Some of us needed a more thorough explanation, so we would have liked a bit longer introduction in the beginning. But other than that - great experience!

This was a fantastic experience. I was good fun to play and the games available was very good. The introduction was brilliant and at the right level so it was quite easy to play the games. We had some technical issues but it was fixed very fast and with a smile by the guy who was there. Excellent service and friendly smile. We had the best time ever celebrating my birthday and I can only give my highest recommendation. Thanks for the experience.

Not worth it, extremely poor customer support, bad quality, feels like a scam.

So, the place is pricy, right? But that's fine, as long as everything is great.

Which is definitely not.

1. We started 25 minutes late (due to their delays) and played less time than we paid for, because they wanted to accommodate the next people as much on time as possible.
2. There were issues with the machines randomly switching off at first.
3. Microphones were randomly switching off during the game.
4. Handhelds switched off during the game.
5. There is literally nobody to help you unless you take all the equipment off and start looking for them.

They did not compensate the lost time at all, and on top of that, we played less time than what we played. Absolutely not worth it, sorry.

Very cool experience, my husband and I had a lot of fun together. The games are varied and entertaining both for a newbie like me, and for an experienced gamer like my husband. Also, great customer service!
