Smells very Rock n Roll. Despite the overwhelming smell of Marijuana it's a good place to rehearse. Am I under the influence with a contact buzz?

This is my favorite rehearsal space in the LA/OC area. The prices are solid, the rooms are well-maintained, and the pro shop has everything you need in a pinch without having to run off to the music store (or a convenience store, for that matter.) The people working here are very cool and you can tell that this is a spot for musicians by musicians. I never have to deal with anyone's attitude here, the other musicians are generally respectful, no one tries up-charging us every little item, and they've got gear here so you don't have to haul your own. I enjoy jamming here, I enjoyed recording one of my previous band's EPs here, and recommend it to everyone.
