We had a smash of a time , this is how my daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday, our host Daniel was great very informative and accommodating ! We sat and played connect 4 while our room got finish setting up . We sync our own music n start bashing away , 45 minutes was plenty with time to spare, it was nice that they have extra items to break on hand for an extra cost Ofcourse but well worth it !.might seem unconventional for some but it’s a great family activity , good stress relief and calorie burn lol . Will be back again & Also want to try their escape room

We went with the family and it was the perfect way to spend a chilly Sunday! I can't remember the gentleman's name, but the guy with the curly hair and glasses that was there on 01/19/25 was awesome!! Please tell him we say thank you for the laughs and good memories! We will absolutely be back!

My fiancé thought it was a great idea to take me to a rage room my Birthday weekend…and he was right. At first I was a little offended, like did he just call me angry without saying it 🤔 but it really turned out to be everything I needed. Though I may be sore for the next few days, I thank Natalie for her hospitality! Will definitely be coming back.

Took my energetic 8 year old here for his birthday, and let him loose. We all had such a good time throwing and smashing things. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were on vacation from out of state, and it's a shame we won't get to come here more often. Highly recommend!

We paid for Play Zone which houses their gaming systems. I purchase one hour for three kids. The waiting area is accommodating with table games to use while they set up the systems. Once we entered the area my throat and nose immediately began to tickle from the dust you can literally wipe with your fingers. (Do not come if you have allergies). After 15min of trying to operate the gaming system (all games showed update requirement or unable to play). I asked the staff if they help operate the game, we were told “we know nothing about the games, we only know how to turn them on”. I proceeded to ask for a new system to be started and for a timer restart and the staff again repeats “I am not in control of the system updates, I don’t know how to use the games and I can not restart the time.” Cool idea, but they can improve customer service and train for their staff to support customers in the gaming rooms. Cost wise, this place is very affordable compared to other options in Carrollton.

Natalie was simply amazing. You can tell that the rainy and chilly weather was not going to stop the fun! Please, plan ahead by booking online and complete all forms to help things run faster. Hailey was superbly helpful and knowledgeable. Arrive dressed in clothing that'll protect your body, but a suit is available for participants. Thank you! It was a blast!

We had such a good time at Rekt! Natalie was so nice and helpful getting us checked in and giving us the rundown of the rage room. There was plenty off time to destroy all of the provided glass items with fun weapons. The wrench was my favorite and the powder bombs were IT. The computer keyboard was also very fun- especially for a day off from corporate America! There’s a safe viewing area to catch your breath and you can play any music you want!

Highly recommend, we’ll be back!
