Removed the Coating on my REM 700 Bolt, to install the Pin they provide. They did not replace the coating they removed, and now my Bolt is rusted and they want More money to repair it. Stay far away from this company.

Received my tikka action and bottom metal back a couple of days ago. The spiral wrought iron bolt fluting and cerakote turned out perfect. I can't wait to get the rest of the parts for the build. You guys did an awesome job, thank you!

Had them build a Remington 700, cerekote the barreled action,and open the barrel channel to a new contour. Rifle is reasonably accurate but fit and finish leaves a bit to be desired. They did not follow instructions to coat the safety lever to match the barreled action. Removed stock swivel studs for no reason.

Very much reliant on their cookie cutter ordering system and are not very helpful on the phone.

I would use another builder if I do this again.

Called and asked about turn around time to get my barrel threaded and was told to bring it by we’ll get it done in 20 minutes and he was right probably one of the easiest and stress free experiences I’ve ever had with a company will definitely be doing more with them in the future.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. They were super easy to work with when trying to decide on the work to be done. They fluted, coated, and shipped my bolt back within 2 weeks DURING the holidays AND the worst snow storm in history. Honestly, I don’t know how they did it. The finished product looks amazing. I'm Todd, GM of and reviewing on behalf of AllTerra Arms in Boise, ID. We've worked with LRI over the years outsourcing some of our component machining operations through their shop. LRI's work has always been high quality for us. What prompted me to write this review is a current situation we're having which requires some tight deadline and tedious bolt conversion work. Chad at LRI was happy to help when we called to see if they were setup and willing for the task. Due to some complexities of our bolt design and our end goal, the project has exposed some unforseen additional headaches and operations. We feel that other vendors would have sent our part back and said 'nevermind'. However Chad's communication, ideas, and timely dedication to a small project that will probably end up costing him more than it makes has been excellent. Thank you LRI!

I have a Tikka 223 that shoots great, but needed some tweaks to keep my interest. A machinist I have used in the past was just too busy and recommended sending it to LRI. I am SOOO glad I did. It was so easy to figure out what I wanted, pay online and mail it off to Sturgis. The LRI website explains how busy they are, so I was shocked at quickly it was done. Their website kept me informed every step along the way. Most importantly, the craftsmanship is exceptional! I will be back with more projects soon... Highly recommended!
