Last week bluehost blocked our website due to phishing information from our clients and claiming that our website contains malware. I tried to contact bluehost through chat and phone call, but both time i got redirected to a Sitelock consultant! He told me that for unblocking our website we have to pay 250$ first and then a subscription to their security website scanner with the cost of 600$ per year. The interesting part is that 25 days before that, we received a newsletter from bluehost, promoting their website security scanner, "Sitelock". I called M2asolutions (they designed our website) to see what's wrong with our website and double check with them if it's worth to pay for Sitelock services. They called bluehost as well and obviously Sitelock was offering the same thing they told me before.

Consulting with M2asolutions, they suggested us to move our website to a better, more reliable, and even faster host. As long as our website was blocked by bluehost, M2asolution has to transfer our website manually to the new host, and we are 100% satisfied with the service we received from them.

P.S: The new host has an internal security scanner. Guess what!! No malware was found in our website!!!!!
