This place is fun for families of all ages! During bowling, our server Michael was awesome and he couldn’t get any better! He took such great care of us and was what any boss wants in an employee I feel. If you’re looking for a variety of things to do, look no further and come here!

Food was tasty, cool vibe, and fun games!! The food service was a little slow but the gentleman at the bowl counter Chris was super helpful and friendly!

Love this place. We come frequently, and for most part it is a great place. This time not so much. The booth by the bowling lanes were filthy. There was food stock in between the seats and it was sticky. The bathrooms were God awful dirty. The men's bathroom had vomit in one sink and the 3 of them had food particles in them. The floor of the bathroom was full of toilet paper and paper towels. Management should do better. Don't let this place go to crap. It's one of the nicer places we have in Northland. Do better. Clean your facility and I will change my review.

Took our 15m old bowling for the first time at Main Event and she LOVED it. They were very accommodating with the Dino looking bowler slide. The food was great too!

We wanted to find a place we could get together for family fun and thought this could be the place however we will not be back. I brought a party of 14 in to bowl, laser tag and play games. We were met with rudeness at the first cashier paying to get in. She looked at us as if we were an inconvenience to her. We went to our lanes to bowl and waited over 45 minutes before we were asked if wanted service, we said yes and she said she would be back however, 25 minutes later she did not return so I went to track her down and found her having a conversation with another employee. After we received our food, half our group went to play games, the other half stayed and bowled. The waitress comes over and ask if we were ready cash out to the ones bowling some paid out others had spouses that were playing games so they said we will wait for our spouse to come back. Instead of waiting the waitress hunted us down in the arcade area and told us that the others wanted us to pay the tab so we did even though we were not ready to close our tab. So after we closed our tabs we still wanted to order more drinks and food, not all of ate so we told the waitress we needed refills and wanted to order more, here we currently sit 35 minutes later and no one has yet come to help us. This is the worst service I have received in a very long time. We would have been regulars with a large crowd but we do not believe in giving our hard earned money to company’s that treat their customers this way.

Pretty standard for a main event. Everything was clean and the bathrooms were nice. The waiter staff was really friendly. Thanks for our great experience.

Me and my girlfriend had a terrible experience! More than half the games we tried to play didn't work altogether. Zero games that were broken had any sort of sign or error code saying that it wasn't working. So people will just swipe their cards over and over wasting their money unknowingly. I'd rather go to chuck e cheese than this crap show.

We booked an Ultimate Gamer birthday package. We got a reserved table for 1 hour plus 1 round of laser tag and 3 hours of unlimited play. The kids were done eating after 30 minutes and started their 3 hour play cards early. The event host cleared our table before our hour was up and moved gifts and belongings to a partially enclosed room. The kids came back and were upset their food had been thrown away. Why throw away the food instead of moving it to the other room? I paid for that! If I hadn't ordered 2 extra pizzas, the kids wouldn't have had anything more to eat. It was thrown away before I could object and the host had told me she was moving "everything." I stupidly assumed that also meant the food. So I wasted a lot of money on food they just threw away. Then I was harassed by the event host and manager to settle the bill. I wanted to keep the tab open so the adults could continue ordering food for themselves while the kids played for 3 more hours. It felt like I was being hunted by a collection agency even after explaining the adults wanted to keep ordering, so I just settled the bill and ordered nothing else. Seems mindboggling that the place would prefer to cut us off early instead of reaching for the extra sales. I wouldn't recommend this place for a party. The table change made no sense and caused unnecessary disruption, as kids couldn't find their belongings at first and food thrown away. We had been moved to a partially enclosed room, why not just make this the party room in the first place? The kids ultimately had fun, but the money felt wasted as the food was just thrown away.
