Had similar experience as peter finnie , but decided it was not worth going through small claims court. We have been using the software for a year and now we find we cannot upgrade our computers because OMS is keeping our hostage unless we pay the annual fee of $5000!

We bought the oms accounting system a year and half ago and within this period the customer service keep refusing giving us the basic help needed to run the software after the system got frozen and always saying to us to go back to the manuals !!!!

System is slow. It works for what we need but feels seriously outdated. Any sort of customer support takes forever to solve. We're considering other options. Costs way too much for what it is and the service you get.

Ancient technology from 30 years ago, Never upgrade and never develop. Don't waste your money buying this "Excel" combined with the calculation formula. They sell the same garbage software but charge you based on your sales income. Excel is better than this garbage and only pays 70$ a year.

We were offered a 40% discount to buy the software within 24 hours. 45 days later after NEVER INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, we decided that we were not going to transition to using OMS and spoke with the general manager who ok'd our request for return. For the next month the accounting department was on "vacation" and from then on- received no return phone calls. Finally we returned the software unopened and never used. OMS is now refusing to live up to their promise for our return and we have resorted to cancelling the charge after trying to resolve. we may have to take them to small claims court.
