Communication is poor. I think they are too big for personal service. The poor secretary is handling tax questions. Will be going elsewhere next year.

I have been working with Tim for 20+ years now. The service at MBE is always top notch. I have always had service that far exceeded my expectations. I've had replies on weekends when I sent a question, but really didn't expect a reply before Monday. I've unfortunately procrastinated my taxes, took them in later than I should have; and they were very respectful, took great care of me, and got them done on time.

One situation always stands out. a few years ago I opted to try and find someone closer to home for my taxes. When I got them back the amount due about floored me. I knew there had to be a mistake. I humbly called Tim and explained what happened. He was extremely gracious and professional. With barely a week left before tax deadline I took them in, they found the mistake, corrected my return, and filed it on time. I expected to pay a premium, but was charged what I would normally expect to be charged. Never again will I go anyplace besides MBE.
