I am writing in behalf of the whole ITD department. Just wanted to give an honest review about what my experience has been working with you guys. Since we started 2017, we have had a very personalized service from getting to know us as clients and our needs. We were looking for a different company because the system we had before had very limited capabilities to manage our assets and invoices. Also we were frustrated because it was very difficult to get a hold of someone when we needed help. Since what we support is public safety communications which includes law enforcement and hospitals, it was pertinent that we have a company like yours that is very responsive when we have underlying issues. Sometimes we need to access information for our dispatchers for asset information, and we appreciate your prompt response when we have reports that we need to produce that are more complicated. I have experienced swift service even at the time when you or your team is out of town on a conference. The other thing is even if we do not call you, we know the information is also on your website. There are a lot of training resources that your company has created for the benefit of your users. Additionally, you guys provide a personal touch which makes the experience working with you more connected and long standing. Appreciate that each time I do call, everyone recognizes my voice. It feels like truly family. Thank you for your all that you do. There are so many reasons why we cannot leave you guys! Merry Christmas!!!

Having used this software for 5.5 years in my previous position as a county wide radio system administrator with approximately 15,000 devices under management in the Motion360/CommShop360 product, I can say by far this was one of my most favorite pieces of software to use every day.

It made my daily processes easier and allowed me, as the only radio person for the entire county, to function more efficiently. I could not have been as successful with my position without this software.

Anytime I did have a support question, the MCM team jumped in and were able to get it handled quickly, even creating several custom modifications for me specific to our needs.

If you need to manage a fleet of two way radios or other communications assets, this system is by far the best on the market and I can not wait to be able to use the system in my new position.

Unfortunately our business purchased Motion 360 to use as our main inventory and asset control system. This software is a glorified XL sheet and isn't worth half the ~$230k we paid..not to mention the outrageous annual customer service fees! Save your money, there are much better systems out there.

Great company with an amazing group of people who provide excellent service. Their asset management and work order software is the best available. It's extremely easy to use, but provides powerful reporting.

I have spoken with many other MCM customers and they all agree.

Make sure you take a look at all of their software products and meet their staff, you won't be disappointed.
