This is my first time use Media Strange to rent camera.I booked about one month ago, to get camera I need because this is very important project. I booked from 10/26-11/2, they said they are close on Saturday so I can pick up on Friday.I have been trying to reach them to confirm my booking ,I send email ,text and call many times but no respond,I try to leave message but his message box was full,I went to pick up my camera today anyway,I drove 50miles to get his office.When I got there they said they do not have Camera!!! I was so upset, They apologize to me they confused about the dates, but I it is clearly written rental info .None of this happened if they respond my email or call. I am going to cancel this.
I checked their homepage, looks like very good company, but I was so disappointed. I will never call them again.
