Waiting now for over 1 month for a replacement headset. Have had to follow up myself numerous times to seek progress updates. Been passed around across different people with still no explanation as to what is going on and when to expect delivery, only that it is being investigated and my patience is appreciated. Was originally provided 8-12 business days time frame but currently working towards that many weeks. Appalling. Friendly tone on email from the guys but let down by awful, unreliable operations meaning it counts for little.

I was scheduled for a research study at this place. However after arriving they said that I was not on the list and asked me to contact the person who sent me the email. I told them that the email was from meta reality labs and there was no contact information. I didn't receive any help from the facility nor did anyone contact me on email regarding the issue. It was a waste of my time and fuel.

This is the most bureaucratic company we have experienced in the world in the past 30 years ， it takes more than 5 people more than 45 days to set up a new vendor in the supplier system and their PO ,Invoice are full of errors and nobody responds suppliers questions regarding payment etc, the worst in the world and you can hardly believe this is a company in the USA!
