Actual garbage company. Paid for an order which included shipping. When they finally got around to shipping it they refused to pay for postage. When I contacted them about it, I was met with a miserable man who basically told me he won't do the bare minimum unless I make it worth it for him. Don't sell bulk if that is the case.

Showed up for a scheduled tournament and they weren't even open even though it's a Saturday afternoon and their store hours say 12-9. If you're not even gonna bother to open your shop when scheduled, update your store hours and especially dont post that you're running a tournament you dont plan on running

I ordered with these guys on 1/4/21. I received it 2/1/21. When I reached out to them, I was met with condescension (I really do know what a business day is thanks for explaining...) and sarcasm. I had to send several messages to receive a reply. When I reached out I was told that they sent the package on the 8th (4 days later?) and was then told the package was sent with insufficient postage. Nine business days later, still no package (the 28th) I messaged them and was told they would check on the status, later telling me it was in transit. Guess what date is on the label printed for postage? The 28th and behold I had it way faster than 9 business days.

When I left negative feedback, I was met with the same condescension and hostility I've co.e to expect.

Placed order on tcgplayer.com from this store and after nearly 2 weeks only living an hour away they had the nerve to call me lazy for not coming down to pick up my online order that I paid shipping for due to their horrible shipping speed and communications claiming I never sent. Smaller image is proof of original message and longer msg is how great this business is at customer service AVOID

I’ve stopped here multiple times and every time the doors are locked during their “open” hours. The people just look at me from the inside. Eventually one of them will come over to just let me know “they obviously closed early today.” In the most disrespectful way possible. Never heard anything but horrible things about this place from local players. I gave them a honest chance myself but sadly the rumors are true. HORRIBLE

I went In they had a tournament going on, I played some games I played vr which was cool the only thing I didn’t like was that some of the consoles don’t have the same games on them and side not how hot the bathroom was 😂 I was dying I got some magic cards for the 1st time now I just need a teacher and I’m ready to go back

I ordered a card over 2 weeks ago and when I messaged them I got no response. Tried again and they finally replied very aggressively they were gone for the week. Finally get the card and they send me the wrong card!
