This place has the best quality prints in town! I recently moved to Olympia & needed prints done. I have been to a few known places in town & the quality just wasn't there. I am very happy I found this place! Not only do they have flawless prints on their products, but they have the best prices! An oversized photo image (greater than 8x10") was submitted for scanning and it was completed in a timely manner (same day). When I returned to pick up the scan they "tweaked" a couple things for me while I was there. Very professional and polite. Would definitely utilize their services again.

Asked for a quote. Realized after getting the quote we didn't quite need to restock yet. So, told them thanks but hold off. They said the job was already in printing. I said that sounds like a them problem as I had never signed off on anything. They then tried to bill us $81 for their time - nowhere on their site does it say they'll charge you if you ask for a quote but don't place an order. I complained, they removed the charge.

Months later, figured I'd try again, contacted them for a quote, as we do now need to restock that item. Got a confirmation that they received my initial email. Then, nothing. Emailed them a week later. Still nothing. Four days later, I called. The woman found my email right away, couldn't explain why I hadn't gotten a response, and then started pointing out that they quoted me this job months before. I know? Do you want the job now? It became very clear very fast service wasn't something I was going to get there, so I told her never mind, I'd contact another location and hung up. She CALLED ME BACK to argue more about the previous quote? I reminded her she ignored my emails, and not to call back.

Then I called the Minuteman location in Lacey, different ownership. They not only got a quote and proof back to me within the hour, they were $200 less for the same job. We will be going there from now on.
