Beyond 5 stars. Love the design and bought two lighters at TJX. Unfortunately, one of them didn't work. MK customer service responded within minutes and shipped two brand new lighters that day at no charge. GREAT customer service and awesome products. THAT'S how you are supposed to run a company!

I bought an MK lighter because the store was out of my normal Bic. I picked up an MK torch, and I gotta tell you, I'm hooked. No more worrying about the flame blowing out. The MK torch is quality made, inexpensive, and refillable to top it off. I had a problem with one of my torch lighters not refilling and let the company know. They definitely stand by their product. They sent me a replacement as well as 2 additional lighters to try out. I am truly a happy customer and will personally vouch for their product. Bic was always my standard for quality, but MK has taken the cake.

I bought your lighters to light my candles. They ran out of butane quicker than others, and your instructions said they were refillable with Neon butane, so I bought that. Watched every you tube on how to do it and followed your instructions , but never got them to burn again. So I do not recommend them.

If I could have given zero stars i would have. I bought these lighters many times in the past. The last couple times that i bought one it only worked for a day max. The last one didn't even last the ride home from the store. I also made sure to fill the gas and still no go. The main reason for zero stars is i sent an e-mail a week ago to this company and still haven't gotten a response. That is terrible customer service. If it wasn't for the terrible customer service they would have gotten maybe 3 stars. The reason why is they have given me trouble several times in the past.

I purchased a MK Jet Lighter during my visit to NY around Thanksgiving time, the lighter still works up until day. The lighter is a windproof lighter, when lighting up a cigarette in the winter in NY it worked wonderfully. Amazing quality and the texture of the lighter is a rubber finish, very comfy to hold. Will definitely purchase again.
