A little bit underwhelming all in all. My party and I had gone to the Van Gogh exhibit in this same location and we felt like that experiences was more well thought out and had more attention paid to it. This felt a little bit like an after thought in the same vein. The video was nice and ambiance was peaceful. I especially liked the virtual reality section, but I think this could have been better.

If you’re looking for an experience that the entire family will enjoy check out Claude Monet experience. This experience is self paced and will allow you to review the life of Claude Monet. The attention to detail is amazing and the layout is incredible. The VIP tour will get you a lanyard, and poster at the end of the tour. There is a gift shop as well at the end, with modest prices for the true person on a budget. But your tickets online, and avoid the wait. Also, make sure to be prepared to pay to park, which the experience will credit you half the cost upon entering. Enjoy!

This is fairly expensive for what you’re getting, plus there are more opportunities to spend money inside. That being said we spent a good hour and 20 minutes here and had an excellent time Immersing ourselves in the art and culture of Monet. If you wanna try doing the VR, it’s about eight minutes. It was pretty fun but it was an extra five dollar charge with it. I think it’s a little bit ridiculous considering it’s $30 to get into the Exhibit, I would recommend going earlier in the day to ensure that you’ve got the big room more or less to yourself so you’ve got plenty of space to see everything without people blocking your view.

I truly wanted to love this place. My first sign should have been we were two of only 8 people visiting. When I bought my 2 tickets I accidently hit the purchase button twice. Given that I bought the tickets 20 minutes prior to arrival I didn't think getting the mistake refunded would be a problem. But I was told refunds were almost impossible and a poster was suggested as a replacement. Hmmmm
The exhibit itself was nice. Not the best I've ever seen but I love Monet. Not sure it's worth $42+ dollars though

I've attended a few immersive experiences, including the Van Gogh one at this very same location, and in comparison, this one was not well done. It was extremely short, with only 4 main sections, and not very informative.

The first section simply has a few plaques on the wall for reading. Which were mostly about Monet's career, his vision, and color theory. I was expecting there to be more information about his family, his childhood, and his adult life.

The second room was a home-like room with the walls filled with Monet's paintings; however, not one had a label or any information about it.

The 3rd room was my favorite, simply for the photo ops, but was still quite plain. The room has still images projected onto the walls, to make you feel as though you were inside his painting. There were two, basically identical, flower covered bridges, over a projection pond of lily pads, that you could walk across and get photos on that were pretty but otherwise there were just a few benches along the walls to sit on.

The final room was the 360 immersive room. Which, to me, was a bit on the boring side. It didn't do much to bring the paintings to life like the other immersive experiences I've been to.

Overall, we were disappointed with the experience, especially being that it was more expensive than the other immersive experiences as well. It was definitely not worth the cost of the ticket as I feel like I don't know anything more about Monet than I did before entering (which honestly wasn't much).

My friend Brenda and I were there yesterday. Not only was it spectacularly beautiful, but relaxing... When you get to the final experience room where the art is all around you and there is classical music playing.... I could have sat in that room for hours. Felt like I had been to a spa afterwards. If you are in driving distance to DC, I highly recommend you see this and experience it. Great for children!

My family and I had a Fantastic experience at the Monét exhibit. The staff are super friendly from the moment you walk in, ample parking, $3.00 for two hours, the exhibit is so beautiful. Gift shop is super nice - a little pricey... I love the saucer for my coffee. Have now collected two from Van Gogh and now Monét. Love it💙💙💙💙
