I had a great experience with a small form factor Fractal Ridge custom gaming PC from Monsoon PCs. David and Waylon were extremely professional, communicative, and helpful in talking me through the options for the build. David kept in touch with me throughout the project with timely updates on the building and shipment progress. Upon arrival, the PC itself looked like a work of art, or at least a highly well-executed work of engineering (see attached photos). In the end, although I was unable to keep the PC due to heat constraints in my particular setup, this was definitely the best experience I've ever had with ordering a new PC, and I can easily recommend Monsoon PCs to anyone in the future who is looking for a custom build.

I ordered my latest gaming PC from the good folks at Monsoon PCs. They offered a simple build site to make my decision-making incredibly easy. Their prices couldn't be beaten either.

They shipped out, and when there was a delay, they contacted me immediately to explain the situation. Once it was on the way, they contacted me again and gave me not only the tracking info, but also information that would be relevant to the unpacking process. And to top that off, they offered to get onto a video call if I had any questions.

That level of customer service just can't be beaten. I got my computer all set up (using their helpful instructions) and it's an absolute unit. I'm so excited to start using it under heavy load.

My next PC will definitely be coming from Monsoon. Give them your business - you'll be glad you did.

I have just recently received the customized Pre-Built I ordered from Monsoon PC's and even before I recieved it I knew I made the right choice in purchasing from them, thanks to David's excellent updates and customer service keeping me apprised
on its status. They kept me updated on the status of the 50 series cards and new options for storage/cases leading to me choosing their Thermaltake TR100 with a RTX 5080 and Ryzen 7 9800X3D. Using the PC I have been met with low temperatures/sound and excellent performance wrapped in a well cable managed case, with all the software drivers installed, fans optimized, and very little to no bloatware, I have nothing but positive things to say about MonsoonPCs!
