Words alone cannot express the frustration and disappointment gained from my experience with Muse media production. I own a transportation business and everyday I have clients whom I must tend to. With that being said, I cleared a half a day of my schedule to meet with Muse media production for them to take pictures of my vehicle so I can promote my business. The first appointment they canceled on me last minute, giving some excuse and I told them that it was fine and I understand and let's reschedule. So once again, I cleared my schedule and missed out on money I could've make to meet with Muse media production, just for him to miss the second appointment!!! He never answered my calls, my texts, nothing! He was unprofessional with the situation and he decided to respond back to me once I told them I will be leaving a review on Google about how I am not happy with what's going on. In those two days alone, I could've make a pretty decent amount of money but because of Muse media production selfish act, the opportunity is demised. Please be careful doing business with this company, by far the worst experience I've had with another small business owner
