I ordered a saber for my 14-year-old son for Christmas. It was shipped promptly and although I did not have notice that it had shipped- on the date that it shipped- I believe I received it within five days of placing my order! He is absolutely loving his saber. It appears to be well-made and well worth the money. I needed to reach out to customer service on a couple of occasions and they were receptive and answered all of my questions in a prompt and helpful manner. I would recommend NEO Sabers & would order from them again.

Awesome company would shop again! Quick customer service responses via email! Many discount offers! Don’t listen to the lower star reviews this company is awesome! 5/5 stars would shop again and already looking thank you NeoSabers! Oh yeah comes with scabbard many features and colors to choose from via Bluetooth app! Cool for any event or just to dial with. Very durable and easily customizable. Can’t say enough positive things about this company and lightsabers! Also comes with usb to further upgrade!

These sabers and this company make me happy. I'm at 6 sabers now (I have a problem) and counting, these sabers are high quality (very durable, I am an avid duelist and they still work 100%) and the support team is always very quick to help if you have any problems. To say I highly recommend these sabers is an understatement. One of their sabers will make a fine addition to your collection.

Do not buy from here. I ordered my Sabers over 21 days ago and they keep lying to me about it will ship soon or saying it has already shipped just to turn around and say oh no, it was a mistake once you check with DHL. I will be filing a report with the BBB if my situation is not resolved in the next couple of days.
