We had a wonderful first experience with VR today! We arrived a little before time and we had an introductory lesson with Filip, who very kindly explained how to use the equipment and play the games as well as recommending games for beginners (and good games in general).

He speaks English so that effort was extremely appreciated! He assisted us before and during the games, gave tips and was checking regularly on us. At the end of the time he also took us photos and videos as a memory. The equipment is nice, clean and in perfect conditions. The space is enormous and you can move freely.

10/10 experience! We were delighted and we will definitely go back here next time we’ll be in Warsaw!

I've been here a few times. The administrator speaks two languages, Polish and English. The briefing takes place during your playtime and lasts around 10 minutes or more. Three stars because they didn't keep an eye on me during the game, and I bumped into a wall a couple of times ?. The downside is the booking policy—full payment required, and the manager didn't help with online booking, saying that everything is clear enough. Because of this, the six of us chose another club.

I've already been to 95% of all virtual reality clubs in Warsaw, and while this place has a good space, the service is lacking, which is very important

Came with the kids and we didn't book.. tried to talk to a big guy in charge but he said no I don't have time and there weren't even 5-6 people inside.. and told me that I needed to book online but weren't any times until 1.5 hours ahead.. went online and found a time after 25 minutes ahed.. so he had to help us after that.. my son loved it..

NeoVR Entertainment is simply fantastic! The VR equipment feels brand new, making the experience super immersive and fun. The place is well-organized and spotlessly clean, which really adds to the whole vibe. A big shoutout to the staff – they were incredibly polite and made us feel right at home. It’s also a huge plus that they speak Polish, English, and Russian, so communication was easy and welcoming. We had a blast and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun VR experience!

Perfect place. The staff helped to work with the controls, suggested great games. Nice atmosphere with good quality devices. Regardless of your level of play, you'll love this place.
