They scammed us out of our earnest money! I have to take them to court to get it. They admitted wrong doing on their part and still said screw you! I called, text, emailed for months. They lied to the title company, they falsified delivery of earnest money. Legally we are still under contract since February. Definitely going to file suit within the statute of limitations. Do not do business with them as a seller or investor. Andrea was who I dealt with ... Nightmare small claims is 20,000. Be very careful ... 6yr investor.
