NexGen Technology Services has been our IT support for over 10 years. In that time I have seen a small start up business turn into an exceptional forward thinking company who is up-to-date on all of the latest technology trends, needs and devices. They provide 24/7 support/monitoring with technicians who are extremely skilled, friendly and knowledgeable. Many of our issues can be solved by having their on-call support remote into our devices to troubleshoot and fix many of our problems. They also provide on-site technicians for routine maintenance and are able to address issues before they escalate into bigger problems. Overall, I highly recommend NexGen for their professionalism, expertise and dedication to customer service. They truly care about the needs of our district and making sure all of our systems (computers, phone systems, bell systems and networked copiers) are running smoothly and efficiently.
