I hate leaving a poor review, but it was a bad experience. Banner I received was too wrinkled to be usable (and generally not a great quality). Rush ordered a new one to meet our event deadline because I wasn't hearing back. Worst was the customer service - support systems wasn't getting or responding to emails, leading to a very poor resolution. Uncooperative. Choosing another vendor next time.

I ordered two retractable banner insert replacements and the banners have no type of adhesive on them. One of them is super pixelated, even though the proof I had approved was not. I called customer service to ask for help on this matter and the guy laughed at me and told me to send photos of the pixelation. I sent them over a week ago and have not heard any kind of response back.
