Awesome shop sold and bought from multiple times would recommend for retro gamers lots of old nintendo and other classics. Staff is always very helpful finding any information I need like card prices with a quick lookup tool(tcg player I think) or price comps.

Store was ok. Went in for retro games. They had decent variety and prices were fair. The staff was too much though. They kept following me around like I was going to steal something. One made a comment to another staff member about what they thought they smelled. Ended up buying 3 games and leaving. Would not go back due to the store team.

Our favorite game shop in town. The staff here are all real ones. So friendly, knowledgeable and just genuine people. We really enjoy chatting with Derek about Pokémon and getting new cards when we visit.

Went in to sell some cards. I know they have to make a profit, but going in to sell 1.4 K worth of cards and not even being offered a third of the value is really dumb. Do not recommend for selling your cards.

THEY DON'T CLEAN GAME SYSTEMS, even though they said 4 times that their repair guy would. My daughter went here a few days before her birthday, two weeks after losing her sweet 13 year old cat to cancer, and she paid $93 to get her Gamecube cleaned and repaired. They didn't clean it, even after she picked it up a second time. When they said it was ready, she walked down there and noticed it wasn't clean, so they apologized and said they would have him do it. She clarified she was paying for it to be cleaned inside and outside and repaired, and they said yes, they would. She left. Minutes later, they called and said he cleaned it, apologizing again. She picked it up, and they showed her the orange gunk she had showed them was gone, and said he used the air spray and got the dust out. She didn't look at it closer, just tired and wanted to get out of there at that point. She brought it home, and it's still filthy in the controller ports, the corners, and they same orange gunk from the outside that was cleaned, was still inside. IT WAS NOT TAKEN APART AND CLEANED. She paid $60 for the replacement part they had to order, and $25 for the so-called cleaning and repair, equalling to 90 before tax, excluding the $5 they took off in apology. I don't know what kind of monsters raised them, but we know what kind of monsters they are. We used to go there for several years, but not anymore after what they did to my daughter. She didn't deserve this. She is quiet and polite, and she was professional with them from the first day to the last, and they just wiped their feet all over that and were very unprofessional and used empty apologies and a meager $5 off. Take that to the next level, and give her a real apology. You lose, Next Level. GAME OVER. We are NEVER coming back. You might say, "Give them time, they'll come back eventually." NOPE!

I have bought a couple consoles and a fair number of games from these guys over the years. I love coming in. They are super good with the kiddos and really go out of their way to make it fun and inviting.

Just kind of lackluster filled with random video game stuff so it's not even a card shop. Terrible area to be in. And overpriced you'll pay $50 for a modern horizons 3 collectors booster lola and with the extra rude owner I dub this the worst card shop in Washington so far. And I'm visiting All of them for a hobby this year shop mark up is 120% on individual packs DONT BUY HERE. If you're already in Everett go to moondragon games. They will not rip you off

As the owner ever so rudely pointed out my first review was on my Xbox email. Sooo let's sum up the experience. 200% mark up on cards by the pack, YIKES, rude ownership, owner clapping back on Google reviews? Sad. Do not recommend. Try mugu games Everett, moon dragon games Everett, better options by Far. Ohh and the smell... Ohh and My goodness why did it smell like rot?!?! It turns out even reviewing this place online is a bad experience just like in person
